Weigh In

Yesterday I weighed myself after a week of being on a 'diet'.

I managed to lose about half a kilogram which isn't bad but it also points out that I need to remove the '' from 'diet' if I ever intend to get rid of this excess three stone I so desperately want to be free from.

Anyway, this week has started well because I've not given in to the temptation of devouring huge amounts of food for little reason, and I'm pretty confident this will continue for the rest of the week.
